Originally established as a contract cleaning company, Ocean needed our assistance with their brand repositioning to ensure both staff and clients understood their new positioning as an integrated facilities management company. Working to their clear business objectives, we worked in partnership with them to establish their brand DNA, communications strategy and then full implementation across their marketing collateral.
The key to their success is their people, so we made the employees the focus of the rebrand – letting them tell the story in their own words. Following a series of photoshoots and interviews, we were able to really get under the skin of Ocean and find out what makes it such a great place to work. These quotes and images were then used as key elements in the full brand identity.
A clean, fuss-free appearance was used across all the collateral to mirror the role of a successful facilities management company.
